Your vacation day at Hotel Kristall in Gerlos
begins enjoyably with a splendid breakfast from
our lavish buffet served between 8 and 1030 a.m.
late-risers breakfast until noon. Fragrant
freshly baked breakfast rolls homemade jams and
spreads hearty egg dishes and delicious cheese
and sausage specialties from the Zillertal
organic cereal corner a selection of fruit
juices and teas as well as an effervescent glass
of Prosecco - all awaiting you sure to awaken
your lifes energies for the day ahead. In the
afternoon we will treat you to our Gerlos Jause
from 3 to 5 oclock in our winter garden or out
on our sunny lounge terrace which includes
Tyrolean cake specialties small snacks or
homemade soup from the buffet. Its free so
simply serve yourself. In the evening our chef
of many years Andreas creates freshly prepared
Tyrolean dishes and international specialties
incorporating ingredients from local producers
and farmers in the Hohe Tauern National Park
Region. Of course we also offer a fine selection
of organic and vegetarian dishes. A special
once-weekly highlight awaits guests of Hotel
Kristall in Gerlos our sensual aphrodisiac
dinner menu. Mood Food certain ingredients
spices and dishes are especially stimulating
heightening our sense of wellbeing and
happiness. In other words true palate-pleasers
and harbingers of happiness. Ideal companions to
these dishes are fine wines from our cellars
where we stock top wines from Austria and around
the world and which we are also happy to serve
