Please note the following fees due upon check-in- Cleaning fee- USD 106.99 Registration fee- USD 22.52 Security deposit- there is a non refundable USD 40.00 Limited Damage Waiver fee, which will cover up to USD 2000.00 worth of accidental damages that are reported before check-out. Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is 10am. All guests must be 25 or with parent/legal guardian. If guests are younger then guests will not be permitted on the property. Guests must pay cleaning fee/security deposit before collecting their room keys.
