Squam Lake is so moving it inspired the award-winning film, On Golden Pond. The charm of New England is also captured in every corner of the Manor. From wood-burning fireplaces and private decks with stunning views, to relaxing New Hampshire signature spa treatments, walks in the pinewoods and tea on the veranda.
There are numerous sporting activities to be enjoyed here. Try hiking, horse riding or golf at nearby Owls Nest Golf Course. In the winter you can ski in the White Mountains. Cooking classes are also available for culinary enthusiasts. Alternatively, pamper yourself in the spa and then relax on the patio and admire the breathtaking panoramas. In the evening, dine in the excellent restaurant and choose wine from the celebrated cellar.
