Savor four course dinners prepared by a world renowned chef or relax in your condo with take-out. Most Aspen restaurants are within walking distance including Boogies, The Little Nell, Red Onion, Wienerstube, Mother Lode, Kenichi, La Cocina and many more. Hot spots for a casual breakfast include the Wienerstube and Poppycocks. Fun lunches can be had at Boogies, Little Annies, the Red Onion and the classic Ute City Bank. Little Ollies carryout is great for lunch and dinner. Asie has excellent Chinese food for dining in or carry out. Local*s favorites for Mexican dinners include La Cocina and the Cantina. Montage, Campo Di Fiori and Gusto's are hot dinner spots within walking distance of our properties. Kenichi and Takah Sushi are excellent choices for Japanese cuisine. Aspen Mountain is the athlete*s dream. It*s known for steep runs and big bumps with terrain to challenge the most accomplished skiers. For variety, a free skier shuttle is available to Highlands, Snowmass and Buttermilk. Highlands, a local favorite, is known for its variety of challenging terrain, including the Highlands Bowl and features a new base village. Buttermilk is the best mountain for new skiers and offers incredible snow boarding. It offers a popular terrain park and a half pipe for skiers and snowboarders. The Aspen Ski Schools are about the best in the country for all levels of skiers. Want a day off from the slopes? Snowshoe tours, cross country and backcountry skiing are readily available. Many guests enjoy climbing Buttermilk on snowshoes and basking in the view of Maroon Bells from the top. A dog sled ride or a “Fresh Tracks Nature Tour” with the Aspen Ski Company are popular pastimes. There are horse drawn carriages, sleigh rides, inner-tubing down Snowmass Mountain, snowmobiling and hot air balloon rides. You can even take a snow cat to the Lynn Brit cabin in Snowmass for an elegant western meal and entertainment or cross country ski by moonlight to the Pine Creek Cookhouse for a romantic evening. Cultural adventures abound including the Aspen Music Festival, the Aspen Wheeler Opera House featuring year round performances, the Aspen Art Museum and the Aspen Historical Society.
