The Gondola Square Condominiums are located in Gondola Square, just an elevator ride away from the Gondola. Only Gondola Square can boast this combination, the closest possible location to the Steamboat ski area and an affordable price. At the base of the ski area, these one and two bedroom plus loft condominiums are just steps away from the Steamboat Ski School and the Kids Vacation Center and are in the midst of shopping, restaurants, and apres ski activities. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. In lieu of a USD 250.00 Security Deposit authorization hold on a credit card at check-in, guests have the option to purchase a Security Deposit Waiver that will cover for accidental damages up to a maximum of USD 5000.00, for a nominal one time fee of USD 29.00. There are no cleaning fees for stays of 3 nights or more. The following cleaning fees will be collected upon check-in for all two night stays - 1 bedroom w/ loft - USD 20.00, 2 bedroom w/ loft - USD 35.00 Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. 24 hr Check-in service is located at 2150 Resort Drive, Suite 100. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Please have your confirmation number and a valid ID. If arriving after hours please check-in at Mountain Resorts Office located at 2150 Resort Dr. In the event the office is closed, use the courtesy phone and follow instructions posted next to the phone located in the entryway.
