Huntley House offers 15 rooms and suites, along with dining and bar facilities a superb library and a Billiard room. A variety of accommodation types offer the agent a range of options. There are four homestead rooms four garden rooms four garden suites two two bedroom garden suites and one nautically themed cabin.

Garden Suite 2 Bedroom
The Garden Suites are part of the newly built accommodation wing and feature a separate living area complete with a large, over stuffed couch, generous fireplace and a full home theatre system. These suites also feature the standard amenities listed above and large balconies or terraces leading out to the gardens.
The two bedroom Garden Suites are configured in an identical manner to the one-bedroom suites, with the addition of a second bedroom and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom contains either a king size or two king single beds. These suites also have fully equipped kitchens making them particularly suitable for longer term or family visits.
Homestead Room
The four Homestead Rooms are located - as the name suggests - in the original Huntley House homestead. These beautifully appointed rooms feature king size beds and the standard amenities as listed below. Three of these rooms have access to tea and coffee making facilities and a select bar located on the landing outside guest rooms. Large Bed with View Over Property and Gardens. Heated Bathroom Floors and Spa.
Garden Suite

How to get:
As you leave the airport go straight ahead over both roundabouts towards city centre after the heading over the second roundabout you will pass Russley Golf Course on your left hand side. At the second set of lights you will turn right onto Grahams Road. You then come to another roundabout where you turn left onto Waimairi Road you will pass a BP service station and a set of lights This road then turns into Peer Street as you carry on to the right. At the second set of Lights turn right onto Yaldhurst Road. Make sure that you get into the left hand lane. Take the second road on the left which is called Haineswood Lane. As you go up this picturesque lane you will find Huntley House on the left hand side.
