Carriage House

Carriage House is an extended-stay facility in Hamden CT close to Yale University, Quinnipiac University and downtown New Haven. The property offers easy access to the Merritt Parkway and I-91. Offering an economical solution for month-long and long-term stays, the property is fully furnished with many amenities, including housekeeping, high-speed internet access, cable television, parking, and local telephone. Use of the Clarion Hotels pool and fitness center is across the street. The Carriage House is located in a shopping district with restaurants, delis, and small businesses right outside its doors. There is the option of upgraded units with stovetops as well as a one-bedroom suite. Carriage House requires at least a one-month stay. All applicants need to fill out an application and pay a 20. 00UUSD application fee per individual tenant. Business applications are 40. 00USD. We will run a credit check on all applicants. Final reservations will require a signed lease with the first months rent and one-half months security deposit delivered before move-in. All move-ins must be confirmed with the property manager, Steven Mullins, who can be reached at his office at 203 868-3530 or on his cell at 203 996-8067. We will pro-rate room costs for the number of days exceeding the first months number of days.
