Near Ocean properties are located on average two properties off the beach and have easy access via foot to the edge of the water. Ocean Front properties face the ocean with unobstructed views of the water and include all linens, a fully stocked kitchen and availability of household cleaning products at no additional charge. Each home has a TV with cable access and DVD player. Many homes offer Internet and fireplaces. However, these amenities are subject to availability. Please contact the property after booking to arrange check-in times and final payment of your cleaning fee. A damage deposit is not collected. However, guests are required to submit a credit card to be kept on file in the event of damage occurring during their stay. Pets are not allowed. Prior to arrival, guests must call ahead of time to arrange payment of the cleaning fee, which ranges between USD 50 to USD 85. All assignments will meet or exceed the booked unit type, and the property will do its best to fulfill any special requests. Please keep in mind the capacity of a group must not exceed the occupancy description listed or additional fees apply. Check-in is at 4 pm.
