The villa is located on grounds (fenced-in on the sea side) with typical Mediterrean plants and 2 equipped terraces, one with a sea view and the other in the back with barbecue, outdoor shower (hot and cold water) and washing machine. It is possible to walk to the park. Parking. Cleaning fee of euro 10 and deposit of euro 300 required at check-in to be paid in cash only. Hot water, heating and electricity charges are based upon usage and paid at the time of check-out. No after hours check-in is available.
