Hotel Norrevang

Hotel Noerrevang has 26 rooms all of which with bath- toilet- satellite TV and free wireless Internet. The hotel has its own free mini aqua park with water chute- swimming pool- spa and sauna. Moreover banqueting rooms- course rooms with AV equipment- tennis court- playground and discotheque. Weekend stays- revue stays with tickets for the Nykoebing F. Revue- golf stays and mini holidays. Hotel Noerrevang is situated in Marielyst on Falster. Most people know the place because of the magnificent beach which is definitely among the best in Denmark. Originally the place was called Boetoe and as the name reveals it was originally an island. The farm Noerrevang was situated on Boetoe and its history can be traced way back to the 1500s. In 1904 the farm went bankrupt and as a result of this an estate dealer bought it and converted it into a holiday pension. Shortly after this a couple of summerhouses were built and this was the start of the popular tourist and bathing location of today. In 1934 Ms Thora Risgaard bought Noerrevang and her pension with adjacent bakery was the beginning of the present Hotel Noerrevang - a modern hotel- course and holiday centre furnished with respect for the old style and atmosphere. The cobblestones and hollyhocks make sure that the genuine farm idyll is intact and it is balm to the soul right from the moment when you drive into the parking lot. The menu of the restaurant is adapted to the season and the chef only uses the best ingredients. Most of the dishes on the menu are homemade including the marmalade of the morning buffet. Each Saturday afternoon the restaurant offers a delicious coffee and cake buffet and weather permitting you can also sit outdoors in one of the lovely atriums and enjoy the large selection of the buffet. In the new cafe and sports bar they serve brunch- delicious cafe courses- ice cream and good quality coffee.
