One of the most unique bed and breakfast style hotels in the Caribbean, Pink Fancy Hotel is a small historic inn located in downtown Christiansted, St. Croix. It is registered in the National Registry of Historical Places. The hotel offers history in a tropical setting. The oldest part of the four-building complex is a 1780 Danish townhouse. Years ago the building was a private club for wealthy planters. Fame came when Jane Gottlieb, the Ziegfeld Follies star, opened it as a hotel in 1948. In the 50s the hotel became a mecca for writers and artists attracting, among others, Noel Coward.

Plantation charm with modern comforts Queen-size bed, full kitchenette, antiques Located on the main level of the hotel, these rooms combine traditional Caribbean charm with modern comfort. Each room is unique with creative use of antiques, Caribbean artwork, lively colors and a St. Croix plantation style. Each room features a queen-size bed, full kitchenette- mini-fridge, sink, stove, microwave- and private bath. Air conditioning, ceiling fan, cable TV -CNN, CNBC, Major Networks-, local phone. Easy access to the pool area, sun deck and gazebo. Shuttered windows and doors allow you to enjoy the Caribbean trade winds. Maximum of 2 people in these rooms due to their unique furnishings. Continental breakfast served during during Dec. 15th thru May 15th and included with Caribbean Classic rooms.

Driving is on the left hand side of the road. Driving distance from the St. Croix International Airport - STX is approximately 8 miles. Driving time is about 15 minutes. From the airport drive South on No Name 0.2 miles. Go East on US Hwy 64 - East Airport Road about.12 miles. Go North East on US Hwy 66 - Melvin Evans Highway 3.0 miles. Go East on US Hwy 70 - Queen Mary Highway - Centerline Road .8 miles. Go East on US Hwy 708 1.3 miles. Go East on US Hwy 70 - Queen Mary Highway .2 miles. Go North on US Hwy 83 - Granard Road .2 miles. Go East on US Hwy 70 - Contentment Road .8 miles. Go North East on US Hwy 754 - Soboetker Road. Bear left on US Hwy 754 - Watergut Street .1 mile.
