This townhouse is overlooking the slopes of Holiday Valley Ski Resort with 2 levels plus a finished basement. The lower level has a bedroom, full bath, small kitchen area, living room with sofa bed and dining area. The main level has a fully equipped kitchen and living room with fireplace. A reservation fee of 5 percent of the gross rent will be collected at check-in. Please call our office at 716-699-4800 for instructions for check-ins after normal business hours. Ellicottville is located in Cattaraugus County, a part of southwestern New York and the enchanted mountains. Allegany State Park is nearby and with its 65,000 acres, is the largest park in the New York State Park system. You can enjoy skiing in the winter and swimming and fishing in the summertime.
