Cancellations are based on property lcl time/date. The default cx policy for cancellations received after 12.00 pm-1 day prior to arrival date or a No show guest a charge equal to 1 night stay plus 5 pct lcl tax will be made in RUssian Roubles according to the exchange rate of the Central Bank of Russia effective on the date of charge. The charge will be made by Best Eurasian Hotels headquarters on behalf of the hotel. To avoid additional charges all cancellations are to be made via the channel of booking.
