Farmhouse complex that has been entirely renovated and transformed into a cosy, well-kept country residence in the green hills of Tuscany, full of woods. The restoration of the structure was carried out with great care and particular attention was given to every last detail. The structure's geographic position allows you easily reach all of the main tourist destinations in central Tuscany. The complex is made up of the main body that has been divided into 7 apartments, a small outbuilding 20 m away and an independent house, located approx. 80 m down from the complex. The property is surrounded by 10 hectares of land with large, equipped outdoor areas. Above the complex and in a dominating position you will find a pretty swimming pool (8x16). Around the swimming pool is a tiled sun terrace and 2 showers. Peaceful position despite that a road passes approx. 350 m away down in the valley below. Each apartment has a reserved outdoor area. Shared: 3 barbecues and laundry room (washing machine, sink, ironing equipment). Parking. Comfortable furniture. Central heating. Cleaning fee of euro 13 and deposit of euro 200 required at check-in to be paid in cash only. Hot water, heating and electricity charges are based upon usage and paid at the time of check-out.
