Travertine marble, slate roofs, and distinctive entrances to each residence are just some of the architectural accents that define The Village. Its quaint pedestrian lanes, inviting shops, amphitheater, and fountains contribute to a certain quality of life found only in The Village. Within The Village, guests will find an array of activities, from a quiet stroll down one of the cobblestone lanes, to a friendly afternoon gathering around the pool or beach only a short drive away. Children of all ages will find the interactive fountain an absolute delight. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. Please note the following fees due at check-in- Cleaning fee- Studio- USD 62.44, 3 bedroom- USD 133.80 Registration fee- USD 11.15 Security deposit- there is a non refundable USD 40.00 Limited Damage Waiver fee, which will cover up to USD 2000.00 worth of accidental damages that are reported before check-out. Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is 10am. All guests must be 25 years or with a parent/legal guardian. If guests do not meet age requirement then guests will not be permitted on the property. Guests must pay cleaning fee/security deposit before collecting keys. If arriving after hours, guests can locate a list of instructions and lock boxes outside of the front desk.
