Exit the airport terminal and head north on the George Washington Memorial Pkwy. Take the exit for the 14th Street Bridge-395N. Follow the signs for 14th Street. Once in the city, stay on 14th Street for 12 blocks until you come to Thomas Circle. Stay on the outside of the circle and go 3/4 the way around and make a right onto M Street.
