Kamaole Sands is a lush, 15 acre property set across from Kamaole Beach III. You will appreciate the open feeling of the layout at this complex. There are ten four-story buildings, with elevators, offering one, two and three bedroom condominiums. The resort is close to shopping, restaurants, and several golf courses. You will find two jet spas, a large pool, a wading pool, four regulation tennis courts, barbecues, and a restaurant on site at Kamaole Sands. This property is an excellent location for families. Kamaole Beach III is a beautiful sandy beach that is excellent for snorkeling, scuba diving, and swimming, sunset views and seasonal whale watching. Families with kids will want to visit the large park with a playground adjacent to the beach. Fully equipped kitchens, cable TV, telephone, washer/dryer, and private lanais are among the amenities. All units have air conditioning in the living room.

How to get:
Directions from the airport - 15 miles - 30 minutes. As you exit the terminal you will be on Keolani place - hwy 380. Continue onto Kuihelani hwy - also hwy 380. You will reach an intersection at Puunene Avenue/ turn left onto Mokulele hwy - Hwy 350. As a landmark you will see King-s Cathedral church -large church with blue roof-. Continue driving on hwy 350. As you pass the Puunene sugar mill -HC and S- Mokulele hwy will change to hwy 300. Keep through the sugar fields till you get to a four way intersection. You are now in Kihei town. At that stop light there are two options you may consider- If you would like a scenic route- Continue through the intersection for about a block. You will turn left on north Kihei road and drive south for approximately 6 miles. Kamaole sands will be on the left hand side of the road across the street from Kamaole beach park 3 -one of Maui-s popular beaches with golden soft sand/ lush green grass/ picnic facilities/ restrooms and showers. Or you may turn left onto Piilani hwy -hwy 31- and drive south for approximately 6 miles. Turn right and go down on Keonekai road. You will see Kamaole sands on the left hand side of Keonekai road- however you will need a gate pass to enter through that gate - you will receive your pass after you have checked in. Keep driving until you have reached the stop sign- turn left on south Kihei road. Within a block you will reach Kamaole sands. Our street address is 2695 south Kihei Road.
A flat fee of 150.00 USD applies to all cancellations. Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival are subject to a penalty of the full stay plus tax. No Show fee is the full stay plus tax. Exceptions may apply during seasonal periods.
