The sophisticated interpretation of seasonal dishes, often with a hint of international and cross-cultural touches, is one of the strengths of our castles kitchen staff. The menu is substantiated by classic gourmet dishes, as well as by our castle kitchens classic dishes that have been long valued by our customers and that are repeatedly requested. The rustic Graf Gerhard Restaurant satisfies every palate. Dishes are magnificently seasoned and accentuated using herbs from the castles own, large garden, which themselves allow for extremely diverse variations of the theme of tasty food. At midday in our rustic restaurant, and in the evenings in our rustic room-bar, we offer a great selection of bistro classics and regional cuisine, ideal for a business lunch and perfectly suited to guests looking to enjoy a little treat after a strenuous day of business. We would be more than happy to prepare a small selection especially for you and your guests. Groups must be larger than 12 persons and reservation is necessary.
