Cancellations are based on htl lcl time/date. The default cx policy-for cancellations received after 12.00 pm-1 day prior to arrival date or a Noshow guest a charge equal to 1night stay plus 5pct lcl tax will be made in RUssian Roubles according to the exchange rate of the Central Bank of Russia effective on the date of charge. The charge will be made by Best Eurasian Hotels headquarters on behalf of the hotel. To avoid additional charges all cancellations are to be made via the channel of booking.
