The Silk Design Hotel

The color white dominates and the design has been reduced to a minimum. The Silk hotel is in fact as clear as a glass of water. Located in a three story building/ the hotel offers 16 rooms. The concept of open space is emphasized through the exclusive use of light materials such as white paint/ white leather and a light gray floor. The lobby/ breakfast room/ bar and lounge form a single unit/ the living room. The atmosphere there changes over the course of the day. While a sense of peace pervades in the morning with bright light and harmonic music/ in the evening The Silk becomes an oasis full of energy cast in an orange light. A fountain ripples on a small patio. A feeling of freedom also dominates in the guest rooms.
