Restaurant / Dining Information
Since its inception the Shepherds Restaurant has gone from strength to strength under the guidance of renowned head chef Michael Carr. Michael came to the Unicorn in 2004 from being the Head Chef of the successful 'Village Pub' in Barnsley and before that as the Head Chef at Tom Conrans gastro pub 'The Cow' in Westbourne Grove, London which won 'The Evening Standard Pub of The Year in 2000.' Using local seasonal produce is central to the creation of his modern British cuisine, which is cooked and delivered in an imaginative yet no nonsense manner and has made dining at the Unicorn an experience in it's own right.
