There is also a small, elegant on-site restaurant, where guests can reserve a continental breakfast and delicious dinners of local Umbrian specialties. The property also offers a large, covered, furnished terrace, ideal for outdoor dining or just taking in the fresh air. The apartments can be rented individually or all together. Parking is provided on the premises. A cleaning fee of euro 14 and a deposit of euro 150 are required at check-in, to be paid in cash only. Hot water, heating and electricity charges are based upon usage and paid at the time of check-out. No after hours check-in is available. Umbria is truly the green heart of Italy.
