The hotel owners go to great lengths to source top quality local produce and the Restaurant has won several awards for the quality of its cuisine. Guests can order a refreshment in the lounge before dinner or just relax in the comfortable surroundings by the real log fire before being shown to your table in the dining room. There is an excellent wine list with over 90 bins as well as over 200 single malt whiskies. The natural beauty of the area with the Caledonian Canal, Glen Affric, Strath Glass and miles of beaches and forest attract many walkers and a host of leisure activities from horse-riding to skiing can be arranged at the hotel.
