The Chieftain Hotel is situated within walking distance from the centre of Inverness and is only 5 mins walk from the Eastgate Shopping Centre and the Victorian Market,Railway Station and Bus Station are only 8 mins walk away. Slightly further afield are Raigmore Hospital, Eden Court Theatre and Inverness Sports Centre which are all accessible by bus. The Hotel has recently been refurbished with all public areas having been modernised. The conservatories are now warm, comfortable and relaxing with food and drink being served in both. Within the Palmerston Suite is a warmly decorated restaurant / function room which is ideal for intimate dinners or formal functions. As an alternative the Juniper lounge offers a very relaxing and less formal environment for any bar meal. Both restaurants have non smoking conservatories. Whether in the Palmerston or the Juniper you will find an extensive menu ranging from tasty homemade soups, good wholesome cooking and delicious a la carte dishes. We use only quality Scottish meat, fish, poultry and game (when in season) and our chef also prepares a range of delicious homemade sweets to finish.
