Of recent, modern construction in the centre of Santa Eulalia, and only 2 mins from the beach and marina, this is a group of 32 apartments all with terrace, kitchenette, air-conditioning, TV, safe and totally equipped. The hotel has 3 different types of apartments: Type A: with a double room and a sofa- bed (maximum 2 adults and 1 child) Type B: with a double room and two sofas-beds (maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children) Type C: with two double rooms, two sofas-beds and two baths (maximum 5 adults) Hotel facilities: restaurant, coffebar, snack-bar. **The hotel restaurant will remain closed from the 7th to the 12th of January, will not be service of breakfasts, meals or dinners**
