The Restaurant Hotel du Parc des Eaux-Vives is housed in a historical 18th century building located within the beautiful Parc des Eaux-Vive and boasts a grand view of Lake Geneva.
After an extensive renovation - the restaurant was re-opened in autumn 2003 in its new splendour - managed by Swissotel Hotels and Resorts. Within a short period of time - the restaurant established itself as one of the new gourmet temples on Lake Geneva and within two years was awarded two Michelin stars.
Restaurant Hotel du Parc des Eaux-Vives also has a brasserie and four function rooms that can accommodate up to 250 guests. At the top floor of the building are seven exclusive guest rooms - of which two are suites - making it one of the smallest hotels in Switzerland.
