Praiano has ancient origins. If fact, its first settlement, Pelagianum, dates back to Roman times. The lower part of Praiano extends to Marina di Praia, along a dock you can reach on foot or by car that opens onto a beach carved in the rock under a captivating headland. Boats leave from here to tour the island of Capri, the Emerald grotto and the other places of the Amalfi Coast.
