The Promontory Condominiums are less than a block from the Steamboat Ski Area. These multi level Steamboat condos ideally situated within walking distance to and from the Steamboat Ski Area slopes, these spacious three and four bedroom condominiums are ideal for a family or small group. An outdoor spa area with hot tub and dipping pool will have every guest feeling pampered while visiting Steamboat Springs. Since the complex sits overlooking the Yampa Valley you have mountains in every view. Check-in is located at 2150 Resort Drive Suite Steamboat Springs, CO. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Although we try to have every unit ready by 4pm during busy times there may be delays. No refunds will be given due to delays. Front desk hours are 8am - 6pm. The following cleaning fees will be collected upon check-in for all two night stays- USD 50.00 for 3 bedroom units. Check-in is at 4PM. Check-out is at 10AM. In lieu of the USD 250.00 credit card hold as a security deposit, Property Damage Protection that will cover for incidental damages up to a maximum of USD 5000.00 can be purchased for a one time fee of USD 29.00.
