Using the odometer is key to watching for landmarks only. Signage is
very limited. Town of Loreto is north of the airport 2.4 kilometers
should you want to go first to town for shopping or forgotten items.
The resort is south of the airport. Go south on the main highway
for 31.3 kilometers. You will see Tecate Deposito on the left the
Mercado Ligui is up on the hill. Pass these. Get ready to turn left
suddenly when you come to a green and white sign on the right
Parque Marino National Bahia de Loreto. It is a dirt road on the
left immediately across from the Parque sign. The dirt road comes
up suddenly and can be passed quickly. Go left immediately off the
highway at the Parque Marino sign on this dirt road. Its
a bumpy dirt road all the way.
Look at your odometer again 4.8 more kilometers to us. Once you
turn off the paed highway youll soon see a school on your left
with brightly painted tires on the playground and houses with
