Reservations must be cancelled by 12pm hotel time on day of arrival to avoid a penalty of 1 night stay including tax. Cancellations MUST be made through the original booking channel or a cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellations made by telephone or fax WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
