From NCE-Cote d Azur Airport it is 19mi East to the property.
From Nice Airport- follow the blue sign -Monaco-A8-Highway-. Drive for 24km. And then take exit number 56 -Principality of Monaco/Cap d Ail-. Follow the Monaco Junction for 4km. Turn on to Boulevard Jardins Exotique and go 1.3km.- continue along Carrefour Saint Devote and continue along Boulevard Princesse Charlotte and after 500 meters turn right to Place du Casino. Transition on Place du Casino and turn left Avenue Des Spelugues direction -Bord de Mer / Larvotto-. Turn to the left-hand side and transition on to Avenue Princesse Grace. Pass the japanese gardens- the grimaldi forum- the larvotto public beaches and after 600 meters- at the end of this avenue- you will see the hotel on your right-hand side- nestled between the sea and the trees in a wonderful secluded bay.
