University Place has conference and event facilities for groups as small as five and as large as 400. Our 8,000 square feet of meeting and banquet space includes 10 meeting rooms and a 3,792 square-foot ballroom. Rooms are equipped with flexible sound systems, adjustable lighting, high-speed internet connections, and telephone outlets. Meetings are staffed by professional conference services personnel, including A/V technicians and catering staff.
