The property enjoys a hillside setting, offering stunning views over the bucolic landscape. During the renovations, six lovely holiday apartments were created from the original building. Shared amenities include a furnished outdoor area, a swimming pool and a shared laundry room. Mobile phones are provided with each apartment, payable with guest-purchased phone cards. Central heating and satellite TV also among the property amenities. Cribs are available for euro 25 per week. The town of Panzano and its variety of distinctive shops is nearby, and the excitement of Florence and Siena are just a short drive away. Neighboring Greve, with its famous town square, hosts an outdoor market every Saturday. A cleaning fee of euro 21 and a deposit of euro 150 is required at check-in, to be paid in cash only. Hot water, heating and electricity charges are based upon usage and paid at the time of check-out. No after hours check-in is available. Chianti is world-famous for both its scenery and for the namesake grapes that thrive there. The hills are absolutely enchanting, covered in vineyards and groves of oak, chestnut and holm-oak trees. The countryside, dotted with farmhouses, is an exclusive tourist destination with vibrant appeal.
