Parking is assigned, one space per reservation. Lobby office is closed at 5:30pm, if arriving after hours you must call 1-727-360-1611 at least 24-48 hours in advance for late check-in procedures. Please note there is a USD 10.00 per night administration fee collected at check-in. Please note that the front desk is open peak season- Monday-Sunday 9am-530pm and off season- Sunday 10am-2pm or 11am-3pm. For those interested in housekeeping, there is a USD 45.00 plus tax fee. Please call 24 hours in advance for this service. There is an administration fee of USD 10.00 per night, up to five nights. Check-in time is between 3pm and 5pm Monday-Sat and 2pm-4pm on Sundays.
