It will take approx 5 minutes to walk to the very heart of the city from the Hotel and about 7 minutes to drive to the central bus and railway stations. Kirovohrad -Elisavetgrad, originally is situated in the centre of Ukraine on the river Ingul. The city was established in 1754 as the Fortress of Saint Elizabeth. The centre of the city is still partially preserved as in the XIX century. On the high bank of Ingul there are the remains of the fortress. The city is a traditional place for musical events.
