The original sizings of the structure with vaulted ceilings on the ground floor and beams and joists on the 1st floor were maintained during its restoration. Peaceful position even though an infrequently used secondary road passes nearby. Shared: grassy areas which surround the house, a lawn with an equipped swimming pool (6x13) in the centre, wood-burning oven, laundry room (sink, washing machine), table tennis, equipped paved area. An outdoor heated jacuzzi bath and gym are available for the guests' use and to be paid for on the spot (Euro 37/week/apartment). The apartments on the gr. fl. have their own private equipped outdoor area, the apartments on the 1st fl. share a gazebo. Each apartment is provided with satellite TV, telephone, and hairdryer. Hot water, heating and electricity charges are based upon usage and paid at the time of check-out. No after hours check-in is available.
