We have two of the best cooks in Sedona that will tempt you with unique homemade dishes. Breakfasts begins with a breakfast bread each day, which can be a homemade raspberry strudel, banana or pumpkin bread, muffins loaded with blueberries or pineapple and coconut, or scones with cranberries, chocolate chips, or raisins. Served along side your sweet bread each morning will be the fruit of the day, which includes such delights as seasoned baked apples, orange poached pears, banana and blueberry fruit smoothies, iced oranges with sherbet, grapes and honeydew with our fresh-picked mint sauce, or the cook's seasonal fruit of the day. For the main course, you'll be served a rich and scrumptious hot entree such as our signature Peach Melba French Toast, Quiche Verde, Baked Apple French Toast, or our mild Huevos Rancheros. Side dishes will vary daily depending on the main course and include roasted yams, roasted red potatoes, bacon, pan seared ham, or hand patted sausage.
