The Meadows condos are serenely located three blocks from the Steamboat Ski Resort. Downtown is just 10 minutes away and ResortQuest has a winter shuttle that is on-call to chauffeur guests around Steamboat Springs. Skiers and snowboarders will also appreciate ResortQuest?s gondola-loop shuttle which passes through the Meadows condos every 5-10 minutes during the ski resort?s peak operating hours. After a day skiing, soak tired muscles in the outdoor hot-tub and pool. If you need a little more exercise, there is a fitness center. These rentals feature tasteful decor, grand living/dining rooms with gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchens, washer/dryer, free Internet access and private terraces. This resort is excellent value for your money. Each day, our Green Team will empty your recycling and trash. Plus, our housekeepers will replenish towels and supplies, make the beds and vacuum high-traffic areas as necessary. For guests staying 8 or more nights- In addition to your Daily Refresh and Recycle service, midway through your stay, your housekeeper will also change the linens, clean the bathrooms and kitchen, and thoroughly vacuum and dust the unit. If you stay more than 15 nights we will conduct 2 Mid-stay services. ResortQuest is not a member of the Triple Crown lodging program and is unable to accept any sports teams. Individuals 23 years of age or younger unaccompanied by their parents or legal guardians are not allowed in these privately owned units. If the number of adults and children exceeds maximum allowed in this unit, if sports teams or individuals 23 years or younger unaccompanied by their parent or legal guardian occupy this unit, it shall be cause for immediate termination of this occupancy without refund.
