Meeting / Conference Information
The Elms Hotel has become the prefered choice for a wide range of business and social gatherings. The main conference room has seating for up to 70 theatre style, 35 classroom or Board Room style and 20 U-shape. We also have a selection of smaller rooms available for meetings for two to twenty people. A full range of dining and catering options are available and total flexibility to meet personal requirements. A full range of equipement is also available according to the individual requirements.

The Elms has an excellent Restaurant and Bar which is open every day. The restaurant opening times are- Breakfast from 6.30 am to 9.30 am /10.00 am Sat and Sun/ Dinner from 6.00 pm to 9.00 pm. The Bar is open from 4.00 pm each day and features a piano bar from 6.00 pm on Thurs and Fri evenings. 24 hour room service is also available as is catering for private groups and functions.

How to get:
The Elms has very easy access and is prominently located on Papanui Road, a continuation of Main North Road, which is the main access route into Christchurch from the north. Harewood Road also meets with Papanui road at the same junction as Main North road and comes directly from the Airport and the main link road from the south. Papanui road is the main north bound route out of Christchurch City and The Elms is situated at the top end of this road.
