i?? From: N2. Head toward Cape Town's city centre. The N2 splits in two to become De Waal Drive and the Eastern Boulevard. Take De Waal Drive (M3) by hugging the left lane. Continue on De Waal Drive all the way to town. Pass under the bridge. At the first light, turn right into De Villiers Street. At the next light, turn right into Constitution Street.
