It is our sense that Keywesters and Visitors have been waiting for this age to come and will join us in the evocation of it. Tavern N Town is deliberately a hyphenated restaurant. In this day and age we want to be able to enjoy our restaurants like we do other forms of entertainment. Sometimes we want a full on dining experience, (Town) and others we want to be fed and comforted in a great but casual setting, (Tavern). Tavern came out of our love of the amazing regional foods found all over the world. A particular highlight of the way The Tavern is experienced is through our Tapas menu selections and our Tapas Bar. The Small Plates evolution that has been one of the chief engines of the new paradigm in dining is manifested in a variety of ways; Tapas is one word. Sushi, Mezze, Crudo, Ceviches, Piccolini or Stuzzichini are others. The modern diner wants the opportunity very often to �o exploring�on a menu and to try things both familiar as well as cutting edge.
