Reservations must be cancelled by 12pm hotel time 3 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of 1 night stay including tax. Cancellations MUST be made through the original booking channel or a cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellations made by telephone or fax WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. No-show fee is 1 night stay including tax. Exceptions may apply for specific rates - during holidays - special events or conventions.
