-For reservations between Aug 1 2008 and Aug 31 2008: Minimum stay of 7 nights is required. Rates include service charge and 2 breakfast per room per day. A deposit of 30 percent of the total room charge is required to be pair within 10 days from the reservation date. The balance of the total room charge must be paid in full by Mar 31 2008. Should the deposit and/or the balance not be received by the Hotel upon the due date, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation and the deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations or no-shows will result in a cancellation charge equivalent to the entire stay. The charge for early departure will be equivalent to the entire stay.
