The Chateau de Chailly- classed as a historic monument- has been transformed into a 4-star establishments in Burgundy. It was on 16th June 1990 that Yasuhiko Sata- the owner opened Hotel-Golf Chateau de Chailly. On the ground floor- the convivial reception- the English style bar with the ornamental fireplace of wood and ceramic- the game room- and the Armancon- gastronomic restaurant- are decorated with moderation and elegance. At garden level- the Rubillon- for light lunch- is situated in an vaulted area- with direct access to the terrace- the pool and the golf course. The Armancon- reserved for unforgettable moments of gastronomy- has a menu of great quality- which is classic but with a sense of creativity. Renewed at the beginning of each season- menu consists of products from the region to taste with grands crus of Burgundy. For lunch- the Rubillon proposes- in the form of a buffet during high season- a simple but light cuisine- ideal for golfers and relaxed meals. Surrounding the Chateau of the 16th century- the Golf of Chailly offers a magnificent 18 hole course- marrying with audacity the classicness of a French park- the precious ornementation of Eastern gardens and the modern techniques for golf construction.
