Why not spend a peaceful night by the sea in Vuosaari? Kulttuurikeskus Sofia (Cultural Centre Sofia) is located by the sea in the eastern part of Helsinki in Vuosaari. It?s about 20 minutes drive from the city center or Helsinki-Vantaa airport. We offer homely accommodation in 60 standard/economy single or twin rooms and 12 newly renovated apartment/suites. Most of the rooms are with a beautiful sea view. Wireless Internet connection and parking are free of charge. At Sofia you can enjoy nature and do different kinds of sports. The Cultural Cenre Sofia offers exhibitions, seminars which are open for everyone. Please note the reception is not staffed 24 hours. In June we are open from 7 a.m. till 23.30 p.m, in July from 7 a.m. 7 p.m. and from August onwards the reception is open from 7 a.m. till 11.30 p.m.
