Proceed due East toward Tokyo to the Higashi Kanto Expressway at the Narita Interchange pick up toll ticket at this interchange keep this until asked for a the next toll booth. Proceed toward Tokyo and the Tokyo International Airport Haneda. There will be a toll at the Narashino Interchange JPY 1950.00. Shuto Express at the Ichikawa Interchange charge JPY 700.00. Proceed toward Tokyo to the Ariake Junction toward the Rainbow Bridge on Route 11 Odaiba Line cross the Rainbow Bridge and proceed toward Shibuya at the Hamazakibashi Interchange and enter the Center Circular Route in the far left lane. Enter the Expressway Shibuya Line Number 3 toward the Tomei Expressay toward Nagoya. Pick up toll ticket at the Tokyo Interchange on the Tomei Expressway. Exit the Tomei Expressway at the Atsugi Interchange Cost JPY 1000. Proceed due north on National Highway 246 toward Shibuya and turn right at the Mizuhiki Intersection. This intersection will be the second overpass or eighth stop light on Route 246. Tokyo International Airport Haneda to hotel. Take Expressway Route 1 at the Haneda Interchange JPY 700 and enter Center Circular Route at Hamazakibashi Interchange in the far left lane toward Shibuya.
