Fully furnished oversized villas range from Studios to 4-Bedroom suites with kitchens or kitchenettes on a 130-acre lakefront resort with 7 pools, a full service spa and food and beverage outlets, making the resort perfect for families. Within 2 miles of the Orange County Convention Center and International Drive, our property offers a 24-hour business center and meeting space catering to corporate clients, as well as the SMERF and group markets, from intimate to large. Our resort is pet friendly, allowing up to 2 cats or dogs not to exceed 60 lbs. each. For any pets, there is a refundable USD 75.00 deposit required, to be refunded if there is no damage upon check-out. There is also a non-refundable USD 80.00 cleaning fee, if bringing a pet. Fees and policies do not apply to registered service animals. Please note that a USD 50.00 credit card or a USD 200.00 cash deposit will be collected at check-in for incidentals. There are also fees for international phone calls and computer use. Additionally, a nightly resort fee of USD 9.95, plus tax, will be charged. Check-in is at 4 pm. Check-out is at 10 am. For your convenience, our front desk is open 24 hours.
