Complimentary shuttle service to all of Steamboat is available to our winter guests with a short walk to the shuttle drop-off/pickup area. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. In lieu of a USD 250 Security Deposit authorization hold on a credit card at check-in, guests have the option to purchase a Security Deposit Waiver that will cover for accidental damages up to a maximum of USD 5000.00, for a nominal one time fee of USD 29.00. There are no cleaning fees for stays of 3 nights or more. The following cleaning fees will be collected upon check-in for all two night stays - 3 bedroom ? USD 50.00, 4 bedroom USD 65.00.
