These townhomes are located on the meadow with direct access to cross country trails and centrally located to both Timber Creek and the Mountain Village. Most of these units have a gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, spacious living room with TV, VCR/DVD and 1 car private garage. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Guest registration and check-in is located at The Lodge at Kirkwood, 1377 Kirkwood Meadows Drive at the base of the Mountain Village. There is a USD 20.00 booking fee per reservation and a USD 7.00 recreation fee per night. Check-in time is 4pm. Check-out is 11am.
