Built in 2002 and then remodeled in 2006; the 2 star Hostal Boqueria has a completely new look and all the comforts and services to ensure a pleasant stay. Both internet and telephone are available in the lobby. Without a doubt one of the biggest attractions of the hostel is its ideal location. As soon as you walk out of the hostel you find yourself in the city centre. Close by you will find all the main historical; architectural and tourist places of interest. On the Ramblas across from the hostel you can find the Mercat de la Boqueria which was named the best market in the world in 2006. Further down the Ramblas you will find the Columbus monument which faces a big entertainment centre called Maremagnum. From there you can take a pleasant stroll to the beach. All rooms are nicely decorated and have the necessary facilities to make your stay comfortable. They all are equipped with air conditioning with heating function; comfortable beds; bathroom with hairdryer; Satellite TV; safe box and key card access. Parking is available at an additional cost of 20-25 EUR per 24h just 100m away. Additional Information; Children age 5 and under stay free in the room with parents and in existing bedding.
